What's This All About?

A countless number of improvements are planned and programmed along the top end of I-285, and the list keeps growing. While there is no doubt that improvements are needed on I-285’s top end, we must look at the big picture to understand how these projects, individually and as a whole, impact I-285. The focus of revive285 top end is to develop an overall corridor concept for the portion of I-285 extending from I-75 to I-85, incorporating each of the separate projects currently planned and programmed for the corridor. In addition, revive285 top end will:

• complete the level of environmental study required for projects to advance to final design and construction
  
  
• examine projects for opportunities for enhancement to maximize their benefit to the corridor
