04-Feb-2009 Rob Sifen: Mini-express-lanes key to reviving 285? - I serve on the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Georgia Department of Transportation's Revive 285 Project. It is aimed at improving traffic flow along the top end of I-285 from Spaghetti Junction to I-75 and Cobb Parkway. The project also includes the Windy Hill / I-75 interchange. My objective is for the CAC to focus on effective improvements that are affordable and can be implemented sooner, rather than later.
