Notice of Intent
The Federal Highway Administration issued a Notice of Intent (NOI) to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for the revive285 top end project. This notice was published in the Federal Register on July 5, 2006 (Volume 71, Number 128) and describes the proposed actions, possible alternatives and outreach efforts to be completed.
